Projectpro lets you easily share and maintain team members contact information through the integrated directory. The directory contains all relevant information on project participants: name, e-mail, telephone, project teams’ membership… Projectpro users’ directory can be customized for your project’s needs by using custom fields to add specific information for each contact in the directory.
Easily manage teams by assigning them a role and access rights to your project. You can create teams such as “IT team” or “Project Manager” for example. Projectpro offers the possibility to create “guests” profiles such as: customers, suppliers, service providers …who will have “read only” access to certain parts of your project.
Projectpro allows you to create the project organization chart and define each team composition(members). This give you a graphical representation of the project’s structure highlighting therelationships and relative ranks between different teams.
