The project dashboard is the very first page you’ll see when you connect to your Projectpro account.

The Projectpro dashboard is the project manager cockpit, displaying graphical updated overview, of your projects state of “health” and progress indicators.
Each team member has a summary of today’s and this week’s tasks. As your team members update his activities, your dashboard is automatically updated, on a real time basis. This allows you to easily identify projects which are on track and those that are behind. The drill down feature helps you to find out the root cause of any problems and resolve them quickly.

Widgets

The dashboard contains many Widgets. Each Widget display activities overview updates andindicators from projects. You can choose the size, position and the number Widgets you display on your dashboard. In each Widget, using the filters, you can also choose to drill down and display only the information you considers most important for your work.

For example, A Widget may contain the project Health Indicators by displaying warning lights (red, orange, green…) for cost overrun, overdue tasks, bugs, documents and to dos. The Project Weather indicators automatically identify projects which are on track and those that are behind.

The personalized Dashboard

Different users require different dashboards and displays. “One-size-fits-all” dashboards are too difficult to read and use. The Projectpro dashboard is fully customizable to fit to your needs.
Unlike any other software, Projectpro allows you to define your own dashboards needs, customized to the exact specifications you want for your daily project routine. You can create as many dashboards that you want.

Highly graphical and statistically detailed, all dashboards can be viewed either in interactive graphicforms such as data tables, pie charts, bar graphs, line charts. Graphic displays feature rollover detailing, and easy drill-down. The user can determine which format fits each need best. Projectpro interactive dashboard lets you place any Widget you want on your dashboard. You can define it as your home page for a quick visual indication of project progress.
